How do I open a template in Pages, Keynote or Numbers?

Choose a template in the app and tap or click it to open it in the matching iWork app. [Describe the exact steps in your app.] The template opens as a new, editable document — your original stays untouched.

Can I change the text, colours and images?

Yes. Every element is fully editable: replace the placeholder text and images with your own, and restyle colours and fonts as you would in any document.

How often are new templates added?

Content updates are free. [Add how often new designs arrive.]

Purchases & subscriptions

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought with, open the app and choose Restore Purchases. [Say where this button is in your app.]

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone or iPad go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Mac open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings › Subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Because purchases go through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something isn’t working, contact us first — we’re happy to help.

Do you have templates for Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs or Canva?

Yes — we have dedicated apps for each: Templates for MS Word, Themes for PowerPoint, the MS Office bundle, Templates for Google Docs and Templates for Canva, each designed for that editor. Our Apple templates are built for Pages, Keynote and Numbers.
